How your medicines get from our counter to your door, what it costs, and what happens when something goes wrong on the way.
A few PIN codes are not serviceable by any courier. If yours is one of them we will call you before taking the order further.
Your prescription is checked by a registered pharmacist first. Once approved, the order is packed and handed to the courier or to our delivery person.
If the pharmacist cannot accept a prescription — it is unreadable, out of date, or not valid for what has been asked for — we tell you why and nothing is dispensed.
Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown on your bill before you pay. We do not add anything to a bill after you have seen it.
Local deliveries normally reach you the same day. Courier deliveries depend on distance and on the courier.
Rather than quote one figure that would be wrong for most orders, your own tracking page shows the time we are working to for your order, and updates as it moves. You also get a WhatsApp message at each stage.
Weather, strikes, festivals and local restrictions can delay a courier. When that happens the tracking page says so.
You can correct your delivery address yourself from the tracking page at any time before the order is dispatched. After dispatch, call us and we will try to reach the courier, though it is not always possible to change it.
Sharing your location pin is optional. It helps the delivery person find you, but typing the address alone works.
If nobody is available, the courier reattempts. After repeated failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we will call you to arrange it again.
If your order has not arrived and the tracking page has not moved for some time, please call us rather than wait — see Returns & refunds for what we do about an order that never arrives.
